a day late, but still cute as a button
although we have had one, challenge. y thought it would be fun to "dance" with abby, by swinging her around in circles by her back paws. and there were much tears after, when she lost touching the kitten until next week, learned about what happened to great grandma lewis's cat freckles (had both hips broken, tail all but pulled off, and although she lived and was mostly fixed, never trusted any child again) abby is fine. no ill effects, up to the point that she is still trying to play with y, but is leary. i almost killed my child because of that. i think that she has been inlightened as to what you can do to hurt something that is way way smaller then you are. a lesson i really didn't want to have to see start to unfold.
